Reputable American outfit, Forbes, has named David Adeleke popularly known as Davido as the ‘Most Influential African Artist for 2015’.

The HKN Boss has had a great year winning major awards and dropping hit records like ‘Fans Mi’ which featured American rapper Meek Mill, ‘Dodo’ and ‘The Money’ ft Olamide which is his latest hit and is still making waves across the country.

Whilst some may argue about this choice and even throw names like South African’s Cassper Nyovest or Wizkid into the hat especially with the shift in the release of his sophomore album, there is no denying that the Omo Baba Olowo has worked very hard to get to this point and it was a year that saw Davido perform in almost every continent headlining shows and grabbing Mobo and EMA nominations.

Congratulations to Davido as the baddest ends the year on a high.
